Nose Point Residence is located on the water front with southern exposure. The home is separated into 2 volumes; 1 containing living spaces and the other containing bedrooms. Both volumes are covered with shed roofs that cantilever out to form large overhangs protecting sliding glass door openings from the elements. Between both volumes, a vertical stone element grounds the building to the landscape and provides a fireplace inside the great room. A series of outdoor spaces around the building provide a covered dining area and outdoor kitchen, hot tub deck, and gathering space around a fire pit.
